The pastor’s wife told me I was looking good, too, without any prompting. Yes, other people told me about the control top panty hose or even spanx. But I’m going to be on the beach during the wedding this summer, so it’s going to be hot. Plus, I’m a bit claustrophobic and don’t like constricting things. So I’m trying to get rid of my pooch for real.

I understand the poochy tummy thing, though. I experienced abdominal diastasis with pregnancies #2-4, and it got progressively worse with each one. I recently lost 20 pounds, but I still struggle with my tummy.

For the wedding I would highly recommend a pair of those L’eggs Shapers with the tummy control. (They go to mid-thigh and cost about $5-8.) It would be so much more pleasant not to stand up in front of everyone feeling self-conscious.
