Taking Random Pictures

Friday, December 3rd, 2010

taking-random-picturesOne Sunday after church years ago, my husband decided to take our family to a restaurant to eat. My children were quite young back then, and waiting for the food seemed to take forever. So we passed the camera around the table, and even the kids enjoyed taking random pictures. It was a silly and inexpensive way to pass the time having fun as a family, especially if you pose in funny ways.taking-random-pictures-2taking-random-pictures-3taking-random-pictures-4taking-random-pictures-5taking-random-pictures-6taking-random-pictures-7

Costumes can help bring to life a time period you are studying in history. Back when we studied the Wild West, I took these pictures of my kids. Take a look at how much fun we had!

Playing with Cheetos

Thursday, August 12th, 2010

During a recent “Cops and Robbers” birthday party, my children started playing with their Cheetos. Hilarity ensued. Cheetos became eyebrows, smiley faces, a monocle eye glass, a moustache, the poisonous teeth of a snake, and endless other varieties of objects. Take a look at how much fun we had:
